Orders and delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in Canada. At the moment, we do not deliver outside of Canada.
How much does delivery cost?
$15 for standard delivery, free on orders over $120. $20 for express delivery. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Once the package has been shipped, generally allow 5 to 10 business days for standard delivery and 2 to 5 business days for express delivery. All the details can be found on our Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
As soon as it has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Returns
Can I return a perfume?
For hygiene reasons, all our sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges.
My package arrived damaged or it is not the correct product. What should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. We will offer you a replacement or a refund. More details can be found on our Returns page.

Lattafa, French Avenue, Armaf, Afnan, Arabiyat Prestige, Paris Corner, Swiss Arabian, Maison Alhambra and other major oriental perfume houses.
What is the difference between an extrait and an eau de parfum?
