These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on parfumoudpur.com. By placing an order, you accept them in their entirety.
1. The Store
ParfumOudPur is an independent online store based in Quebec, specializing in oriental perfumes. To contact us: contact@parfumoudpur.com.
2. Products
We offer perfumes from houses such as Lattafa, French Avenue, Armaf, Afnan, Arabiyat Prestige, Paris Corner, and Swiss Arabian. Each product page presents the brand, concentration, size, and fragrance notes. The perception of a perfume varies from person to person: if in doubt, write to us before ordering.
Our stock is limited. If an ordered product is ultimately no longer available, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), excluding taxes. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment confirmation. The price applied is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order and Payment
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment is processed securely and encrypted: we never have access to your banking information. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping
We ship anywhere in Canada. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Standard shipping costs $15 and is free with purchases of $120 or more. Express shipping costs $20. All details can be found on our Shipping page. Delays caused by carriers are beyond our control, but we will help you resolve them.
6. Final Sales
For hygiene reasons, all sales are final: we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will replace or refund any product that arrives damaged or different from the one ordered, subject to the conditions on our Returns page.
7. Product Use
Our perfumes are intended for external use. If you have a known allergy, check the list of ingredients on the packaging before use. In the event of a skin reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec and Canada. They do not limit the rights granted to you by consumer protection laws.
